The practices carried out at the retreat will give you greater self-confidence,<\/strong> and deeper inner freedom.
\nWe will play a Joy-seeking game <\/strong>and set out to fulfil our dreams.
\n<\/strong>We will learn to create and value deep and meaningful relationships with ourselves and others.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Retreat program<\/h4>\n
Day 1<\/h5>\n

We will start to gather from 17.00. We accommodate. We get to know each other.
\nWe enjoy a dinner prepared with Love.
\nIf you wish, you can help prepare the dinner (contribute your Love).
\nWe play the transformational game “Sea of Love”.
\nWe end the day with an enjoyable sauna ritual.<\/p>\n

Day 2<\/h5>\n

We start the day with morning yoga and meditation.
\nWe enjoy a freshly made breakfast.
\nWe discuss the results of Friday’s game and agree on the necessary practices.
\nWe conduct the first practices. We spend time both talking and in silence.
\nFor lunch we taste raw dishes.
\nWe enjoy being in nature, experience breathtaking views, sunbathe and swim.
\nWe practice several practices both in groups and in couples.
\nYou will discover different body and mind practices, that have been prepared based on your needs. In the evening we will prepare the dinner together. Saturday evening’s treat is cocoa ceremony.
\nWe end the day with ecstatic dance and sauna rituals.<\/p>\n

Day 3<\/h5>\n

We greet the day with morning yoga and hugs.
\nWe enjoy a fresh breakfast made with Love.
\nWe will continue with the practices.
\nFor lunch, we will learn to prepare delicious raw dishes.
\nWe end the retreat with sharing, and gratitude rituals.<\/p>\n

Both couples and singles are welcome.<\/h5>\n

  • Please put your mobile phone on silent mode and leave it in your room so that you can focus at the retreat, connect with yourself and other retreat participants.<\/li>\n
  • We do not use plastic cutlery and tableware at the retreat. Please bring your own water bottle, bowl and cutlery.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • The retreat is free of alcohol, tobacco and other stimulants.<\/li>\n
  • The well-being, privacy and safety of retreat participants is very important to us, therefore the organisers have the right to ask anyone who violates the retreat rules to leave.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
