What Happens in a Session?
• Clothed and safe: Both client and therapist wear light, comfortable clothing (e.g. T-shirt and shorts).
• Boundaries first: We begin with a short conversation to understand your wishes, needs, and boundaries.
• Relaxation: Gentle breathing, light meditation, or massage helps you let go of tension.
• Connection through touch:
The session may include different types of hugs (sitting, standing, lying down), holding hands, stroking, or belly-to-belly meditation. Sometimes even a quiet conversation or silence can be part of the healing.
• Respectful and platonic: No sexual contact, no exchange of bodily fluids, no nudity.
