The practices carried out at the retreat will give you greater self-confidence, and deeper inner freedom.
We will play a Joy-seeking game and set out to fulfil our dreams.
We will learn to create and value deep and meaningful relationships with ourselves and others.

Retreat program

Day 1

We will start to gather from 17.00. We accommodate. We get to know each other.
We enjoy a dinner prepared with Love.
If you wish, you can help prepare the dinner (contribute your Love).
We play the transformational game “Sea of Love”.
We end the day with an enjoyable sauna ritual.

Day 2

We start the day with morning yoga and meditation.
We enjoy a freshly made breakfast.
We discuss the results of Friday’s game and agree on the necessary practices.
We conduct the first practices. We spend time both talking and in silence.
For lunch we taste raw dishes.
We enjoy being in nature, experience breathtaking views, sunbathe and swim.
We practice several practices both in groups and in couples.
You will discover different body and mind practices, that have been prepared based on your needs. In the evening we will prepare the dinner together. Saturday evening’s treat is cocoa ceremony.
We end the day with ecstatic dance and sauna rituals.

Day 3

We greet the day with morning yoga and hugs.
We enjoy a fresh breakfast made with Love.
We will continue with the practices.
For lunch, we will learn to prepare delicious raw dishes.
We end the retreat with sharing, and gratitude rituals.

Both couples and singles are welcome.

Important information

• Please put your mobile phone on silent mode and leave it in your room so that you can focus at the retreat, connect with yourself and other retreat participants.
• We do not use plastic cutlery and tableware at the retreat. Please bring your own water bottle, bowl and cutlery.
• The retreat is free of alcohol, tobacco and other stimulants.
• The well-being, privacy and safety of retreat participants is very important to us, therefore the organisers have the right to ask anyone who violates the retreat rules to leave.

Retreat fee:

Men: 409 €
Women: 309 €

It is possible to register by paying a booking fee of 100 €.
The booking fee will not be refunded from 01.08.2024.

We will gather on 23.08 at 17.00.
We will drive home on 25.08 at 15.00.

The participation fee includes

Accommodation in a holiday house for 2 nights;
Delicious vegan and raw dishes, drinking water, herbal tea;
Participation in all practices and workshops;
30 min. private counselling or 30 min.private Hug therapy session;
Sauna visit on 2 evenings.
